This is such a sweet necklace! I love to wear black and white, you can pair it with just about any solid color top and wear black and white gingham or floral as a skirt or pants. A sweet hand painting of a flower motif was handpainted on this black glass button in the 1890's. It has survived because back in the day when woman did the laundry the buttons were taken off and then sewn back on after. I have paired it with a fresh water pearl and oxidized black sterling silver chain. A Sterling silver easy on and off S clasp holds it together. A Inlayed black glass with crystals bead, pearl and faceted crystal make up the dangle.
