This is such a unique ring! It has a 3-D relief of flowers bordered by a brass frame. This Antique Button was used to display a prized flower in the 1880's. I am not sure what flower it is. The ring is adjustable. The adjusting part is at the base of the ring and is much more comfortable that way. It sits close to the size 8 on the ring sizer. You should be able to adjust up or down at least by a half size. So great for hands that swell.
